Jeff Silver founded PACE Decisions after more than a decade leading and growing his own company, culminating in its successful sale. With an undergraduate degree in Cognitive Sciences from UCSD and an MBA from UCI, Jeff has long been fascinated by how people and organizations make decisions under uncertainty.
